Our financial institution client are undergoing a major transformation, building a new QA capability focused on AI-driven testing and intelligent automation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact team using GenAI, RAG-based systems, and AI-assisted tooling to shape the future of testing at enterprise scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-powered test strategies and automation frameworks
- Drive innovation and PoCs (AI-led test generation, regression optimisation)
- Lead end-to-end test lifecycle across complex environments
- Integrate QA into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
- Collaborate across large-scale, multi-project delivery teams
Key Skills
- Senior QA / SDET experience across web, mobile, API, desktop & cloud
- Hands-on with AI-assisted testing tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor)
- Strong automation expertise: Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Rest Assured, TestNG
- CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure
- Experience delivering large-scale automation & optimisation outcomes
