CSDM/CMDB Analyst
Havant Hybrid (3 days per week from office)
Contract duration : 6 months
Inside IR35 (via an Umbrella company)

We're hiring a CSDM/CMDB Analyst to support a major service transformation programme, driving adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and improving CMDB data quality.

Key Responsibilities
Lead service modelling aligned to CSDM
Improve CMDB data quality, governance, and lifecycle management
Deliver data health reporting, insights, and remediation plans
Support ITSM processes (incident/change impact) through accurate service data
Engage stakeholders across service owners, IT teams, and suppliers

Essential Skills
Strong ServiceNow CMDB experience
Solid understanding of CSDM
Proven data quality, analysis, and governance experience
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication

Desirable
ITIL / ServiceNow certifications
Experience in regulated or multi-supplier environments
