We're supporting a global organisation undergoing a large-scale, multi-year transformation programme spanning technology, brand, operations, and organisational design.
They are looking for a Regional Project Manager to take ownership of delivery across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Belgium, ensuring multiple workstreams are planned, coordinated, and delivered effectively within a structured transformation environment.

- Drive delivery across concurrent initiatives, tracking progress and intervening where risks emerge
- Establish and run governance forums, ensuring consistent reporting, documentation, and change control
- Manage RAID (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies), proactively identifying and resolving blockers
- Produce clear, senior-facing status reports and updates for regional leadership
- Coordinate business readiness and change activity to ensure successful go-lives across the region
- Act as the central point of contact for regional stakeholders and external partners
Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects within large or matrixed organisations
- Strong track record managing multiple concurrent workstreams (not single-discipline delivery)
- Experience working within structured programmes or transformation offices
- Previous exposure to multi-country or regional project delivery
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and stakeholders
Skills & Attributes
- Strong planning, governance, and reporting discipline
- Confident stakeholder management, including senior leadership
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with project tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
Desirable
- Formal PM qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, APM)
- Experience within large-scale business transformation programmes
