  • Lead regular supplier reviews, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions
  • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions alongside procurement and legal teams
  • Ensure suppliers meet contractual, regulatory, and compliance obligations
  • Monitor vendor risk and develop contingency and continuity plans where required
  • Deliver insight through performance reporting, spend analysis, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supplier capabilities with business needs
  • Promote innovation by working with vendors to introduce new ideas and solutions

Key Requirements

  • Experience in IT vendor management, supplier management, or IT procurement environments

  • Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience supporting or leading commercial negotiations with suppliers
  • Solid understanding of IT services, supplier governance, and risk management
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to turn data into insight
  • Experience driving cost optimisation and value from supplier relationships
  • Knowledge of IT compliance and security considerations is advantageous
