We are supporting a global organisation undertaking a critical redesign of its compliance learning landscape across regulated environments. This engagement is part of a wider learning transformation programme, including the introduction of a new learning platform, and the simplification of complex, fragmented systems, processes and data.
This is a Business Process Analysis and Project Management requirement, running through to the end of Q3, and requires credible external expertise someone who can confidently assess business processes and support with process design.
This roles operates within a Quality, Supply Chain (QSC), R&D and GxP‑regulated environment.
The Role
As a Business Process Analyst for GxP Learning & Compliance you support on the design of a simplified, standardised compliance learning framework. You'll work closely with senior leaders and functional experts, bringing clarity to a complex landscape and providing support on business process mapping, process mapping workshops, design phases, documentation and insights.
Key responsibilities for the Business Process Analyst for GxP Compliance Learning include:
- "As is" and "to be" processes
- Business analysis, business process mapping; and project management.
- Running and leading process mapping workshops for documentation and insights.
- Supporting on design phases as a Business Analyst and Project Manager.
- Supporting on the design of a future‑state compliance learning framework across GxP‑regulated environments
- Diagnosing issues across learning systems, processes and data, and identifying root causes of complexity
- Supporting on the process analysis for redesigning end‑to‑end compliance learning processes using structured methodologies (e.g. Lean)
Essential experience for the Business Process Analyst for GxP Compliance Learning:
- Experience working in GxP‑regulated environments (manufacturing, quality, supply chain or R&D)
- Credibility as a subject matter expert in Business Process analysis and mapping
- Experience in business processes involved in designing or reshaping compliance learning frameworks is desirable.
- Understanding of how learning integrates into GxP processes and supports audit readiness
- Ability to balance regulatory risk with learning effectiveness and business value
- Comfortable working autonomously in fast‑paced, ambiguous transformation programmes
- Background in pharmaceutical, CPG, FMCG or closely related GxP regulated industries
