Project Coordinator - Linux Migration

The Opportunity

A top retail client in London is undertaking a large-scale technology transformation to modernise and secure its core infrastructure. We are looking for a capable and proactive PMO / Project Coordinator to support a critical Oracle and Linux migration programme that underpins key business operations.

This is a high-visibility role within a fast-paced retail environment, offering exposure to enterprise-scale change and senior stakeholders.

The Role

Working closely with the Delivery Lead and Technology PMO, you will support multiple migration workstreams by providing high-quality reporting, insight, and coordination. You'll play a key role in tracking delivery progress, supporting governance activities, and ensuring stakeholders receive clear and consistent updates.

Responsibilities include producing dashboards and reports, coordinating project meetings and Agile ceremonies, maintaining RAID logs, and supporting workshops and programme communications. You'll also help ensure documentation, plans, and delivery data are accurate and up to date.

About You

You'll bring experience in a PMO, delivery analyst, or project coordination role, ideally within a technology or infrastructure environment. You're highly organised, analytically strong, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential. Experience within large retail, consumer, or enterprise organisations is advantageous.
