An exciting public sector organisation in Devon is looking for a senior leader to drive large‑scale digital and business transformation across a complex and purpose‑led organisation.

This is a high‑impact role for a commercially minded digital leader who can balance strategic vision with operational delivery - shaping how technology, data and digital services enable better outcomes for communities and modern ways of working for staff.

What you'll be doing

• Leading organisation‑wide digital, ICT and information services
• Driving customer‑focused digital transformation and innovation
• Building resilient, secure and future‑ready digital platforms
• Leading and developing high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams
• Influencing corporate strategy as part of the senior leadership group
• Managing a multi‑million‑pound budget and key supplier relationships

What we're looking for

• Senior leadership experience across digital, ICT or large‑scale transformation
• A strong people leader with the credibility to influence at board level
• Experience operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
• A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver change at pace
