We're looking for a high-impact Business Development Director to drive major revenue growth across a flagship international tech events portfolio, securing partnerships with some of the world's biggest brands.
This is a role for a true hunter - someone who knows how to open doors, create demand, and close complex, high-value deals with confidence.
💼 What You'll Own
- Win six-figure+ sponsorship and partnership deals consistently
- Break into and secure global, blue-chip brands
- Run the full sales cycle - target → pitch → negotiate → close
- Lead high-level conversations with senior stakeholders & C-suite
- Build compelling, insight-led proposals that clearly deliver ROI
- Drive a strong, qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting
✅ What You Bring
- Proven track record of closing £100k+ deals
- Strong background in events, media, sponsorship or similar
- Experience landing and growing enterprise-level partnerships
- A commercial mindset with sharp negotiation skills
- Confident, credible, and highly driven - you make things happen
