Social Media Creative Lead - 3-Month Contract (Inside IR35)- London Office - Onsite Full Time

Lorien is currently recruiting for a hands-on Social Media Creative Lead to step in for a key 3-month period.

You'll lead a team of junior/mid creatives, partner with strategy, and work alongside an in-house agency delivering major social media campaign work.

The Role

• Lead and mentor a social-first creative team
• Turn strategy into standout social ideas
• Stay hands-on across concepting, scripting, and direction
• Collaborate across strategy, media, influencer and campaign teams
• Ensure work is platform-native and insight-led

What You'll Bring

• Previous creative experience, with social leadership on big brands
• Strong conceptual + hands-on creative skills
• Deep knowledge of platform including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Experience in fast-paced agency or in-house environments
• Confident leading teams and delivering at pace
