Delivery Manager (Contract)

Location: London

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and enable high‑performing technical delivery teams. You'll create the agile environment teams need to deliver customer‑centric products, remove blockers, manage dependencies and ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery at pace.

What you'll be doing

• Owning the performance of technical delivery teams across a product, system or service
• Setting up and maintaining effective agile ways of working
• Facilitating agile ceremonies including PI Planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives and demos
• Ensuring Jira is used consistently to enable transparency, flow and reporting
• Removing blockers and actively managing risks and dependencies
• Managing product budgets, forecasts and lean business cases
• Working with Product Leaders to define MVPs and break work into deliverable, value‑driven increments
• Coordinating dependencies across teams and products
• Managing relationships with suppliers and delivery partners
• Championing sustainable pace, capacity management and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Strong experience delivering products or services in an agile, product‑led environment
• Proven ability to lead and enable technical delivery teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong understanding of flow, WIP limits, dependency management and value delivery
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Product Leaders
• Ability to remove impediments and empower teams to self‑organise
