We are currently recruiting for a IMO Lead with M&A experience to join one of our Insurance clients.

6 months contract

Hybrid- occasional travel to London and Redhill

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for defining and co-ordination the Integration end to end delivery plan across all workstreams, ensuring cross workstream dependencies
• Chair and lead the IMO daily stand Ups including Cushon Delivery Team - to inform mitigating actions for programme risks and issues

• Accountable for milestone tracking against the programme plan
• Owner of the programme plan on a page (POAP)

• Define and manage the cadence for all IMO activity on behalf of the programme director, be accountable for ensuring that this runs
• Proactive support to the programme director with preparation of governance materials including the steering group, oversight committee and other ad hoc forums
• Undertake RAAIDDD assurance, assuring that plans, dependencies, decisions and risks are update and shared regularly
• Responsible for documenting the programme controls for transition including delivery plans, RAAIDDD, governance cadence and reporting
• Take responsibility for ensuring that the Fuschia programme dashboard is current and up to date (work with assigned PMO analyst - Farzene)

• Ensure that the Programme sharepoint site is always up to date, with version control and current and historical documents (audit workstreams as necessary
• Maintain key programme artefacts with changes as required e.g. programme organisation, success factors

• Manages IMO support resources including workload allocation, priorities and deadlines
• Maintain regular updates to the Incremental Integration Budget including 3rd party partner costs
