Strategy Lead/Programme Manager - Operations Excellence - Insurance/London Market

We are currently recruiting for a Strategy & Planning Lead/Programme Manager with strong operation excellence and Insurance experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Inside IR35 - Hybrid- 2 days a week onsite in London

Experience:

• Significant experience in strategic planning, operating model design, consulting, or business transformation environments.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships.
• Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems using structured, analytical, and consultative approaches.
• Experience owning and managing initiatives end‑to‑end, from concept and planning through to delivery and outcomes.
• Insurance/Consultancy experience, ideally London Markets
• Strong experience creating target operating models
• Global Scale Programme experience
• Strong Stakeholder and Customer engagement skills
• Develop operating and service model designs to enable an efficient operations with a focus on quality of service, automation and scale
• To develop and apply planning and analysis skills to effectively solve complex business issues
• Able to Develop knowledge of developments and advancements inside and outside of the insurance industry to translate into focused recommendations
