Transformation Manager - Perm £100k + bonus - Multi-tear transformation

Salary: £100,000 + bonus

Hybrid/Location: 3 days per week to West London

We're supporting a global, data‑led organisation at a pivotal point in its evolution, as it undertakes a CEO‑sponsored, multi‑year transformation that is central to its future growth.

This role sits within a small, central Transformation team and is deliberately broader in span than depth. It is less process‑ or tech‑oriented than traditional transformation roles, with the emphasis firmly on strategic framing, early initiative shaping and executive ownership.

You'll work closely with senior leaders to define ambition, design principles and priority initiatives-then hand over delivery ownership while maintaining oversight across the portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Shape transformation ambition, design principles and success measures
  • Identify, size and prioritise initiatives across multiple functions (e.g. HR, Finance, Commercial, Operations)
  • Work with Executives to frame clear plans, trade‑offs and outcomes
  • Enable senior leaders to own and deliver their initiatives, stepping in where needed
  • Track progress, risks and dependencies across the initiative portfolio
  • Prepare concise, consulting‑grade materials for CEO, Executive and Board forums
  • Continuously identify the "what's next" pipeline of transformation opportunities

What we're looking for

This role is best suited to Tier 1 / Tier 2 ex‑consultants who enjoy working with senior stakeholders and ambiguity, and who prefer shaping the work over running detailed delivery.

Essential experience:

  • Background in top‑tier or strong Tier 2 consulting
  • Strong exposure to company diligences and/or enterprise operating model transformation and design
  • Experience working directly with Executive‑level stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating with breadth rather than deep functional ownership
  • Strong story‑lining, judgement and executive presence

Nice to have:

  • Experience across support functions and multi‑function transformations
  • Exposure to shareholder‑led or high‑visibility environments
