Senior PMO - Risk & Integration (Transformation Programme)

My client is currently looking for an experienced Senior PMO to support a large integration programme, working closely with the Integration Director to drive delivery, governance, and strong risk & issue management across the portfolio.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Support the Integration Director in executing the integration programme and driving outcomes
• Lead risk and issue management across the programme (identify, track, mitigate, report)
• Ensure high-quality risk & issue data, with clear insights and escalation
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all workstreams
• Monitor programme status (plans, dependencies, budgets) to proactively identify risks
• Enhance and embed risk & issue governance frameworks across the programme
• Manage programme tools and ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Chair risk forums and provide insights to support decision-making

The skills that would make you successful in this role:

• Strong Risk & Issue Management experience within transformation/change environments
• Broad PMO experience (analysis, assurance, governance)
• Strong data management & insight generation skills (ability to tell a story with data)
• Experience working at portfolio level, identifying trends and themes
• Knowledge of delivery control frameworks (planning, dependencies, governance)
• Experience driving continuous improvement in PMO processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (incl. senior leadership)
• Experience in large enterprise environments
