Our global insurance client is delivering a major multi‑country Finance Transformation programme. As part of this initiative they are implementing a specialist financial reconciliation platform, across several European markets.

They are seeking a hands‑on Senior Finance Project Manager to drive the successful rollout of the Finance workstream across the multiple countries.

The Opportunity

This is a key role within a small, highly capable delivery team. You'll take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing the rollout of a new Finance system across global business units, working closely with both local teams and central finance stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading end‑to‑end delivery of a global finance reconciliation implementation.
  • Supporting the Finance project team to drive priorities, planning, governance, and benefits delivery.
  • Managing day‑to‑day project delivery including risk/issue management, dependencies, and change control.
  • Coordinating with local PMs and global stakeholders across multiple markets.
  • Providing structure around reporting, steering packs, decision making and senior stakeholder communication.
  • Ensuring workstreams remain aligned and that delivery stays on track against timelines, quality and scope.
  • Building strong relationships across global teams and ensuring effective collaboration.

Essential

  • A hands‑on, delivery‑focused Project Manager.
  • Strong experience delivering finance transformation projects at a global scale.
  • Background working in regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or similar.
  • Experience implementing or managing financial software or reconciliation tools.
  • Comfortable managing diverse stakeholder groups across global organisations.
  • Ability to work independently, operate at pace, and keep delivery moving.

Desirable

  • Experience with AutoRek.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Lean).
  • Recognised accounting qualification.
