Project Manager

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll take ownership of large‑scale project delivery, providing direction to cross‑functional teams and ensuring work stays aligned with business priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the delivery of complex, multi‑workstream projects from initiation through to completion
• Setting strategic direction for project teams and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Developing and managing detailed project plans, resource plans and risk‑management approaches
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, foresee issues and develop practical solutions
• Managing and mitigating project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where needed
• Providing clear, regular communication and progress updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Building strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and external partners to support successful delivery
• Identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes and embed more efficient ways of working
• Coaching and developing project team members to strengthen capability and performance

Essential experience:

• Proven background managing complex, large‑scale projects - ideally involving technology
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide project teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Solid project‑management capability across planning, risk management and delivery governance
• Experience working across multi‑vendor or multi‑disciplinary environments
• Exposure to formal methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, hybrid approaches)
