What you'll be doing
In this position, you'll support the project team with day‑to‑day coordination and governance activities, helping ensure tasks, timelines and responsibilities are managed effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and facilitating project meetings, including scheduling, minute‑taking and managing follow‑up actions
- Developing and maintaining key project documentation such as plans, logs and status reports
- Supporting project coordination activities, including resource allocation, task assignment and progress tracking
- Assisting with budgeting and financial tracking, ensuring compliance with internal financial processes
- Maintaining project schedules, including timelines, milestones and deadlines
- Coordinating with project team members, vendors and customers to ensure requirements are understood and met
- Identifying potential project risks and helping develop mitigation strategies
- Keeping up to date with project management best practice and using it to strengthen delivery processes
About you
You'll bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and structured in a fast‑paced environment. You'll also be confident working with a range of stakeholders and supporting project teams with clear communication and reliable follow‑through.
We're looking for:
- Experience in a Project Support or Administrative role (preferably within a project environment)
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
- Analytical thinking and sound problem‑solving ability
