What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll work closely with teams across the organisation to understand their goals and translate them into well‑defined technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting deep‑dive analysis of business requirements and spotting opportunities to improve processes through technology
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand needs and develop strong business cases for new solutions
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and develop IT systems, applications and data‑driven tools
• Analysing and documenting business requirements, including detailed functional and non‑functional specifications
• Producing and maintaining business documentation such as business cases, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Contributing to project planning, resource planning and testing strategies
• Leading testing and quality‑assurance activities to ensure solutions meet both user expectations and technical standards
• Identifying and documenting business benefits and ROI, and supporting teams to realise those benefits
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including system architecture, data models and technical specifications
