Business Process Analyst - Service Now/EUC

We are currently recruiting for a Business Process Analyst with Service Now experience to join one of our Global Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.

Please note the role is Inside IR35 and hybrid working in London.

Our client are looking for strong process and workflow optimisation and data driven analysis in experience delivering complex and enterprise‑scale solutions within the EUC domain.

Experience required:

• Experience within technology, service delivery or infrastructure programmes
• Create detailed process and workflow mapping (current vs. future state), conducting gap analysis and workflow reviews across Device Services.
• Proven experience operating within structured programme environments, partnering effectively with Project Managers, Workstream Leads, technical teams and the third-party partner
• Strong ability to produce high-quality and well-structured documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, reports, dashboards and stakeholder updates tailored to varying levels of technical understanding.
• Demonstrated strength in analysing and optimising operational processes, mapping current and future‑state and managing the full requirements life cycle.
• Highly skilled in workflow analysis and redesign within ITSM platforms (ServiceNow).
• Experienced in business intelligence and data analytics tools to translate data into dashboards(Power BI)
• Experience supporting testing activities, including developing test scenarios, validating requirements, and participating in defect triage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Understanding of Asset Management (CMDB), asset life cycle management and ITIL frameworks.
