A leading luxury retail brand is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Content Manager to take full end‑to‑end ownership of digital content capabilities across search, merchandising, PIM and CMS. This is a critical role within the global Digital & IT function, shaping product strategy and driving delivery across key business areas.

The Role

As Senior Digital Content Manager you will partner closely with Digital leadership and Commercial teams to define, refine and execute the product roadmap. You will balance business strategy with technology capabilities, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality digital content solutions that drive measurable value.
This role also includes accountability for delivery, resources, budget, vendor management and continuous improvement across the content domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑end ownership of digital content delivery, including strategy, roadmapping, technical delivery, support, security, vendors and value management.
  • Lead a high‑performing team of project managers, business analysts and external partners.
  • Collaborate extensively with engineering, architecture, security, UX, A/B testing and other cross‑functional teams.
  • Partner with Digital Commerce and Digital Fulfilment leadership on prioritisation, governance and financial reporting.
  • Develop product roadmaps aligned to business goals, ensuring KPIs are met across revenue growth, cost reduction and compliance.
  • Analyse user needs and build robust business cases to drive capability maturity.
  • Manage vendors across the digital content technology landscape.
  • Create and manage backlogs, user stories and delivery priorities.
  • Drive efficiency via MVP approaches, rapid prototyping and data‑driven optimisation.
  • Explore opportunities with emerging technologies (AI, GenAI, blockchain, etc.) to support innovation.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication skills across technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Analytical, data‑driven approach with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in product or programme management within digital content.
  • Understanding of digital content and its relationship with commerce and fulfilment.
  • Experience working with engineering, design and offshore development teams.
  • Ability to interpret and apply emerging technologies.
  • Background in fashion/retail or luxury retail is highly desirable.
