Scrum Master - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Remote / UK based
A global client of Lorien is currently seeking a Scrum Master to support the rollout and integration of mobile and web product across their business. In this role, you will drive SAFe Agile delivery, remove impediments, and enable high-performing teams in a complex, global environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Remove impediments, manage risks, and track dependencies
- Coach teams on SAFe Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with global teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
- Support planning, forecasting, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master and PM/Delivery Lead in a SAFe environment
- Strong risk management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with vendor/partner management
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models
- Experience working with global/offshore teams
