A leading global organisation is embarking on a major digital and operational transformation, modernising platforms, processes, and technology across multiple markets. They are seeking a Transformation Manager to drive high‑impact technology‑enabled change programmes and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

A well‑established international business investing heavily in digital transformation, new tooling, CRM, and platform upgrades, and global process alignment. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape business‑critical change programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale technology and digital transformation programmes.
• Oversee Systems Integrators and ensure delivery quality, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Shape future‑state operating models, processes, and ways of working.
• Partner with technology, product, data, and operations teams to drive execution.
• Ensure market readiness, adoption, and change management across teams.
• Provide clear, confident updates and communication to senior stakeholders.

Requirements: in a top‑tier consulting firm (Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, Accenture, IBM, PwC).

• Strong experience in a top‑tier consulting firm (Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, Accenture, IBM, PwC).
• Strong experience delivering digital transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage and challenge Systems Integrators.
• Excellent communication skills and strong academic background.
• Comfortable working across business and technology teams in complex environments
