- Maintain momentum through structured delivery discipline.
- Ensure actions are pragmatic while aligned to future operating model design.
Establish Governance & Delivery Cadence

- Maintain visibility of priorities, sequencing, risks, and progress.
Design & Shape Improvement Approaches
- Develop a Performance Improvement Playbook with repeatable improvement patterns.
- Create time-boxed initiative designs with defined outcomes and decision points.
- Feed technical and process requirements into relevant product and technical teams.
Coordinate Delivery & Track Outcomes
- Orchestrate day-to-day improvement delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Surface and escalate blockers or trade-offs in real time.
- Track benefits and show clear evidence of impact.
- Continuously reprioritise based on data, performance insight, and governance direction.
Engage Stakeholders & Build Insight
- Work closely with delivery teams and frontline staff to gather operational insights.
- Communicate progress, wins, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Provide structured feedback into service design, capability development, and tooling/data requirements.
What You Bring
- Experience delivering change through coordination, facilitation, and strong governance.
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills across operational and leadership levels.
- Ability to operate at pace and create clarity in complex transformation environments.
- A highly hands-on, outcome-oriented approach.
- Experience working within large-scale transformation or multi-stream programmes.
