Scrum Master

Location: London (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Scrum Master to support and guide our teams, ensuring they deliver effectively while continuously improving. You'll facilitate Scrum events, remove blockers, coach the team, and help create a culture of collaboration, communication and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Facilitating Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives
• Ensuring Scrum ceremonies run smoothly and the whole team participates
• Identifying and removing blockers that impact team delivery
• Coaching the team on Scrum principles, Agile ways of working and self‑organisation
• Supporting the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritisation
• Monitoring team progress and providing updates to stakeholders
• Helping teams improve communication, collaboration and problem‑solving
• Fostering a positive, open and feedback‑driven team culture
• Continuously improving Scrum processes and practices
