Business Analyst - Credit Control or IBA experience

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Credit Control and/or IBA (Insurance Broker Accounts) expertise to support a major finance transformation programme. This individual will work across multiple finance workstreams, collaborating with global teams to help redesign processes, define requirements, support testing, and ensure a successful transition to new systems and operating models.

This role sits within a fast‑paced change environment where accuracy, structure, and financial operations knowledge are key.

Required Experience

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Finance, Credit Control, IBA, or Insurance Accounting environments.
• Proven background supporting finance transformation or operating model change.
• Hands-on experience taking projects through the full lifecycle: initiation → analysis → design → testing → launch.
• Demonstrable experience producing structured BA artefacts:
  • Requirements documents
  • Process documentation & BPMN flows
  • Test plans/scripts
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Training or procedure notes
• Deep understanding of UAT, system testing, and managing test cycles.
• Experience working with global teams, including offshore delivery centres.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
