Business Analyst - IBA

My client are searching for a BA to work on a 6 month initial contract. The candidate they are looking for must have experience working on a finance transformation project (credit control/ IBA)

Key Skills

• Experience of working on large finance transformation programmes ideally with experience of credit control
• Has worked through the whole life-cycle of a project from initiation through user acceptance testing and launch
• High level of attention to detail when producing key project artefacts such as requirements documents, testing scripts, process flows, procedure notes and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of the full IBA lifecycle, including settlement, cash allocation, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience analysing and improving IBA processes such as bordereaux, insurer settlements, client money handling, and trust account operations.
• Familiarity with IBA platforms/systems (e.g., Eclipse, Brokasure, Xchanging, Sequel, OpenTWINS) or similar broking/accounting tools.
• Ability to identify gaps in current IBA workflows and design improved financial controls and reporting structures.
• Experience of performing and managing the system testing process
• Can demonstrate superb communication skills including strong presentation skills and working with project teams in global markets including both on and off shore operating models
• Be able to work as part of a fast-paced team to deliver high quality business analysis within an agile environment and meet deadlines
