Role Summary

The Lead Architect will support the Premier Banking technology estate, working closely with Technology teams to define and document both current‑state and future‑state architecture. The role focuses on producing the as‑is blueprint, identifying risks and dependencies, and shaping design considerations for upcoming change delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects to define as‑is and to‑be Premier Banking architecture.
• Document current‑state architecture, including platforms, integrations, dependencies, and data flows.
• Highlight service risks, design considerations, and change requirements.
• Support architectural governance and alignment to NW Technology standards.
• Engage with delivery teams to ensure architectural clarity and feasibility.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a C11 Lead Architect.
• NW Technology experience required.
• Strong background in banking architecture, data flows, and platform dependencies.
• Ability to clearly document complex architecture landscapes.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
