Test Automation Engineer (Triangle / Openlink)

My client in the banking industry are looking for experienced Test Automation Engineers to support a major transformation programme within a highly regulated financial environment. You'll focus on automation across the Triangle or similar Openlink, working closely with technical and business teams to deliver high‑quality, audit‑ready automated testing.

The Role

• Enhance and maintain the automation framework
• Build automated regression and UAT suites
• Automate key business workflows and integrations
• Work with XML/JSON message flows and APIs
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Support traceability, evidence, and documentation in a controlled environment

Key Skills

Essential

• Triangle or similar Openlink automation experience
• Strong Openlink/Findur knowledge
• Proven UAT/regression automation expertise
• Experience with mocks/stubs/simulators
• XML/JSON and API automation
• Strong SQL and analytical ability
• Agile delivery experience

Desirable

• CI/CD integration experience
• BDD/structured scenario writing
• Performance‑focused automation
• Experience in regulated environments
