IT Project Coordinator - 6 month Contract
Hybrid 2-3 days per week in the office
Central London
Our client is hiring an IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, tracking, and delivery of regional IT and business change projects. You'll work closely with a Programme Manager to coordinate activities, maintain documentation, manage RAID items, and support reporting, governance, and financial tracking. The role involves working with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting IT or business change projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall.
- Strong organisation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure/hardware (desirable).
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.
- Proficient with project tools (MS Project, Excel, Jira/Smartsheet).
