UAT Test Lead - Oracle HCM

Reading - 2 days onsite per week

12 Month Contract

£500 - £600/day inside IR35

Lorien is currently recruiting for an Oracle HCM UAT Test Lead to join on a 12 month initial contract, inside IR35.

This job is part of a large Oracle migration project and will involve responsibilities including:

- Create UAT and PCT test plans
- Liaise and work closely with senior business SMEs to define the test scenarios & processes
- Support the business testers in writing the test scripts
- Report on test progress and engage with project management teams on key issues/blockers
- Complete test exit reports

The skills required in order to be successful in the position:
- Extensive knowledge of HCM modules including Core-HR, Payroll, OTL, OFS, Absence, Talent, WFS
- Proven ability to support enterprise level business units with test prep (incl. business scenario analysis, creation & scripting) and execution
- Extensive experience with testing end to end business processes across multiple applications and integrated ERP's
- Extensive experience with planning and support payroll comparison testing within Oracle HCM Fusion
