We're working with Santander UK to find a highly organised and commercially astute Category & Sourcing Specialist to join their team. This permanent role is central to delivering complex procurement initiatives that support cost transformation across the bank and its group entities.

📍 Location: Milton Keynes

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and execute high-value sourcing and procurement initiatives across Technology, Operations, and Corporate Services
• Design and optimise procurement processes to support cost-to-income targets
• Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations to maximise commercial value
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strategic cost programmes
• Support demand planning, commercial strategy, and supplier performance management

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
• Strong understanding of cost optimisation and procurement process design
• Ability to lead complex programmes in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable
