Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a Talent Attraction Lead to develop and execute innovative employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in positioning the company as an employer of choice and attracting top-tier talent across all business units.

• Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + benefits
