Overview:
Our leading Financial Services client is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives. This role requires a proven track record of successful project delivery, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and ideally, experience within the pensions or broader financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Manage project governance, reporting, risk, and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Drive project planning, resource management, and delivery assurance.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organisation.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven track record as a project manager delivering large-scale, complex programmes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in financial services, with pensions knowledge highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
