PowerBI Developer - Birchwood - £50-55k + Bonus

The Company:
Lorien Global are working with a global digital brand based in Birchwood. With a focus on data-driven insights, the business are growing their reporting team by adding an experience PowerBI Developer into the team.

The Role:
Joining the Data Insights and Reporting Team, you'll be responsible for the optimisation of the PowerBI reporting suite, and ensuring the business has access to accurate and informative reports. A major project is to build and improve a self-serve solution for employees to utilise effectively.

We're looking for a candidate who can work closely with the Principal to deliver enhance the complex platforms and check work of the Junior team members, with a goal to progress them.

The Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a blend of the following skills:

• A solid understanding of Microsoft's PowerBI Platform
• Excellent understanding of data modelling, platform optimisation and data relationships
• Good knowledge with SQL Querying and DAX coding
• It's helpful to have experience with complex data such as insurance, banking, stock markets and other financial services
• Ability to train and mentor junior members of staff
• Great cross-team collaboration skills

• Salary £50,000-55,000
