APSCo Outsource names Lorien as RPO of the Year
APSCo Outsource is the new trade association dedicated to the recruitment outsourcing sector, developed from the industry-renowned Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo).
The Outsource Awards for Excellence, judged by a panel of industry experts, recognises success in the recruitment outsourcing sector, with the RPO of the Year award based on the member that best emulates the professional values and conduct consistent with APSCo Outsource and that demonstrated exceptional client service over 2021.
Lorien was recognised for demonstrating “a significant uplift in service levels over the last year, despite the turbulent market”. The judges also praised Lorien’s Annelise Smith (Director of RPO and MSP) and Joanna Fagbadegun (Sales Director) for “a very strong Q&A session, providing compelling answers to all questions that were backed up by impressive statistics”.
Commenting on the award, Annelise Smith said:
