Recruitment on Demand Case Study
Following a restructure of its product development department, an online real estate and property website business needed to make a substantial number of hires to fit its new strategy. This included both new and existing roles, from junior to executive level. Crucially, delivery needed to be high quality and at scale to meet the pace of demand. Lorien deployed our Recruiter on Demand (RoD) model, with an onsite account manager taking responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process, including developing a new, candidate-led and streamlined process, training hiring managers, redesigning job specifications and guiding decision-making based on real-time market insight. The RoD delivered all hires within timeframes, as well as improving D&I – a target area for the business – with 33% female hires for the project.
