Job Title: MS Dynamics Business Central Functional Developer

Location: 4 days a week in London office (Friday WFH)

Contract Type: Inside IR35

Rate: up to £550 per day

About the Role

I am currently supporting one of our clients as they require an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to support our ERP transformation. You'll drive system optimisation, automation, and finance process improvements across our international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimise Business Central for Finance
• Translate business needs into functional specs
• Manage change requests and deployments
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and go-live
• Enhance financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash)
• Drive automation using Power Platform tools
• Deliver training and support for Finance users
• Contribute to system performance and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years' experience with Business Central (Microsoft Certified)
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge
• Skilled in configuration, process mapping, and documentation
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Confident leading UAT and supporting go-live
• Excellent communication and training skills

Bonus Skills

• Passion for digital transformation
• Familiarity with Power BI
