Description:

JOB PURPOSE
Client is looking for a Product / Garment Technologist, in Soft Accessories with specific expertise in garments, woven and knitwear to support the end-to-end quality of fit and construction for all softs products, playing a crucial role in ensuring excellence from concept to final product.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage PLM admin, data input, fit comments, and size charts.
* Manage construction and product risks review with vendors and communicate to cross functional teams
* Identify opportunities for cost engineering improvements.
* Coordinate seasonal fit meetings aligned with the business-critical path.
* Communicate fitting evaluations and amendments to vendors.
* Oversee raw material and finished product testing processes with external test houses.
* Manage blocks and construction quality standards.
* Ensure product technical specifications meet standards and safety regulations.

PERSONAL PROFILE
* 3+ years of experience in apparel or related industry, with a focus on Garment and Soft Accessories
* Strong knowledge of cloth construction and finishing.
* Experience in pattern making and grading.
* Great understanding of raw materials process.
* Testing experience is an advantage.
* Proficiency in PLM systems and MS Office.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to details.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Organised, efficient, and delivery-focused.
