Compensation Manager - EU Pay Transparency/Gender Pay Gap

We are currently recruiting for a Compensation Manager with EU Gender Pay Gap reporting experience to join one of our Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.

Please note this role is Inside IR35 and Hybrid working with travel to London.

Key Experience Required:

• Experience in gender pay gap reporting (EU and UK)
• Experience managing Global HR / Compensation projects
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Organised, proactive, and collaborative
• PowerBI or advanced reporting
• Degree in HR, business, or related field
