Oracle Developer - Reporting
Contract Inside IR35
Reading (1- 2 days a week onsite)

Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion Developer looking to take on a challenging and rewarding role? This company is seeking a talented individual to lead the Reporting Workstream for a major transformation project, migrating HR and Payroll functions from on-premise Oracle e-Business Suite to Oracle HCM Cloud.

As the Oracle Fusion Developer, you will be responsible for working in a small team of reporting analyst/developers, ensuring that the reporting requirements for the new solution are captured, designed, and developed in line with business needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and a System Integrator to deliver a seamless reporting solution.

Key responsibilities of the Oracle Fusion Developer include:

  • Leading the reporting workstream and acting as the primary point of contact for all reporting activities
  • Assessing and resolving reporting gaps and change impacts resulting from the migration to Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Managing the successful testing and acceptance of reporting solutions
  • Providing leadership and direction to a team of reporting analysts
  • Collaborating with Cyber Security and Data Protection teams to ensure data compliance

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this Oracle Fusion Developer role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience leading reporting workstreams for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
  • Strong understanding of EBS HR and Payroll processes and data structures
  • Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud HCM data model and functionality
  • Proficiency in using reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboards
  • Experience working with System Integrators and managing third-party relationships
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A background in working on projects, preferably with larger companies
  • Understanding of UK/EU GDPR data compliance as it relates to HR data
