PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst - Manchester - £45,000 +bonus

The Company:
Lorien are working in partnership with a leading technology-driven organisation in Central Manchester. With a continued focus on agile transformation and value-led delivery, they're now looking to hire a PMO Analyst.

The Role:
This is a strategic and hands-on role, supporting the evolution of agile governance and delivery assurance across a complex portfolio. You'll be central to enabling transparency, tracking value realisation, and aligning delivery teams with business outcomes.

Working closely with the PMO Manager and wider technology leadership, you'll maintain dashboards, support quarterly planning, and provide data-driven insights to help identify blockers and inefficiencies.

The Skill Requirements:
Successful candidates will have a blend of the following:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in PMO, Delivery Assurance, or Business Analysis roles
• Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of OKRs and outcome-based reporting
• Comfortable working with agile metrics (velocity, WIP, cycle time)
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
