Contract Opportunity: Microsoft 365 Exchange SME
Location: Remote with 1-2 days/week on-site in London, Gloucestershire, or Manchester

We're seeking a Microsoft 365 Exchange SME to join a dynamic Product team delivering remote desktop services, cloud platforms, and SaaS solutions. This is a long-term contract role requiring DV clearance, making it ideal for candidates seeking stability and impactful work in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Office apps.
• Implement and maintain M365 security policies using Microsoft Defender and Purview.
• Monitor service health and ensure compliance across the M365 environment.
• Support fault diagnosis and service request resolution.
• Drive service improvements and knowledge sharing across the team.

Essential Skills:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.

Desirable:

• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Nerdio, or Citrix.
• Familiarity with Azure networking, firewalls, and DNS.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
