Head of Risk Strategy - Executive-Level Role

A senior leadership opportunity to shape enterprise risk strategy within a dynamic financial services organisation. This role plays a key part in embedding risk thinking into strategic decision-making and business planning across the Group, with direct exposure to senior management and Board-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the enterprise risk management framework aligned to strategic objectives.
• Integrate internal and external risk insights into business planning and decision-making.
• Drive forward-looking risk practices using data, scenario analysis, and macroeconomic modelling.
• Communicate top and emerging risks at enterprise level, including contributions to external reporting.
• Champion innovation and strategic thinking within the Risk Function.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Senior leader with deep expertise in life and pensions and enterprise risk strategy.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the sector.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge at Board and Executive level.
• Commercially astute, forward-thinking, and collaborative in leadership style.
