This role leads a small team focused on building and maintaining trusted relationships with key regulatory bodies, supporting senior stakeholders in navigating complex regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a proactive regulatory engagement strategy.
• Support Board and Executive-level interactions with regulators.
• Provide strategic insight on regulatory developments and expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven senior leadership experience with Board-level exposure.
• Deep understanding of life and pensions regulation.
• Skilled communicator and influencer, able to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience engaging with regulators such as PRA, FCA, CBI, or tPR.
• Strong decision-making capability in risk-aware environments.
