Are you a seasoned intellectual property professional ready to take on a global leadership role? We're seeking a Trademark Lawyer - Global Role (UK-Based) to join our dynamic legal team, supporting brand protection and strategy across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• To support global trademark strategy, including clearance, protection, enforcement, and portfolio management.
• Advise on copyright, domain names, and design rights.
• Provide legal guidance on new product launches and IP risks.
• Manage external counsel and direct paralegals.
• Support M&A, licensing, and corporate restructuring from an IP perspective.
• Deliver tailored IP training and develop resources to empower stakeholders.
• Monitor legal developments and implement policies to mitigate risk.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified solicitor/attorney in the UK or EU with active license.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in intellectual property law (law firm experience preferred).
• Expertise in trademark and IP copyright law; additional experience in digital, licensing, and privacy law is a plus.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
