Network Analyst - Government Client

Are you a skilled Network Analyst with a deep understanding of protocols and a passion for solving complex technical challenges?

We're working with a government client seeking an experienced Network Analyst to support important work in protocol analysis and digital currency research. This is an upcoming contract role with a strong focus on network tooling, data interpretation, and collaboration with analysts and data scientists.

📍 Location: Full-time on-site in Cheltenham
🛡️ Security Clearance: You will need to undergo DV clearance (can take ~12 months; you may work other roles during this time)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Apply network analysis techniques to mission data using tools like Wireshark and tcpdump
• Collaborate with project teams to understand and meet network analysis requirements
• Work alongside data scientists and analysts to ensure extracted data is actionable
• Contribute to protocol analysis and digital currency research
• Share knowledge and techniques to enhance team capability

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in network and protocol analysis
• Proficient with tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and other network analysis platforms
• Familiarity with developing or using tooling to support data extraction and analysis
