Hybrid working pattern: 2-3 days on site

My client a world renowned consultancy are seeking an experienced Market Data Consultant with a strong background in Market Data contract management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Market Data vendors and a proven ability to read, interpret, and extract key data from complex commercial contracts.

The Market Data Consultant must have the ability to review Market Data contracts whilst documenting key commercial terms. A key focus of this candidate will be to liaise with Market Data vendors to clarify contract terms and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

Required Skill-set:

• Subject Matter Expert level understanding of Market Data products, services, and industry best practices.
• Commercial Contract Analysis: Demonstrated expertise in reading and interpreting commercial contracts, particularly those related to Market Data products and services.
• Vendor Management experience
• Strong data analysis capabilities to assess contract terms and identify financial implications
• Experience with Market Data platforms and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, etc.)
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
• Strong communication skills
