Are you a seasoned risk professional with deep expertise in Non-Financial Risk (NFR) frameworks, methodologies, and GRC tooling? A leading financial institution is looking for a Senior Operational Risk Manager to play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organisation and its customers from evolving operational risks.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the design, implementation, and enhancement of the bank's NFR framework, policies, and standards.
• Acting as a subject matter expert on operational risk, GRC systems, and regulatory alignment.
• Overseeing risk identification, control assessments, and reporting as part of the second line of defence.
• Collaborating across business units and governance forums to embed risk management best practices.
• Representing the organisation in regulatory forums and industry working groups.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in operational risk management within financial services.
• Expertise in GRC systems and tooling, including implementation and reporting.
• Strong understanding of FCA, PRA, EU, and BCBS regulations.
• Ability to influence at senior levels and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Educated to degree level with relevant qualifications in risk or compliance.
