Senior HR Business Partner (Banking Industry Experience)
My client, a successful well-known international bank is looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join their HR Management team to partner with one or more of their Execs/Senior Leaders to align people strategy with business objectives. You will drive strategic initiatives across talent management, culture, leadership development, organisational design and transformation to create and maintain a high performing agile workforce.
Main responsibilities:
- Understand the key strategic business goals and challenges
- Coach and influence the Executives/Senior Leaders to develop leadership capability and relationships amongst the teams
- Collaborate with the senior leadership teams to construct, develop and implement strategic talent approaches
- Analyse workforce trends using MI and data and gather meaningful insights
Benefits:
- Hybrid working (approximately 3 days a week in the office) - You will work in both their London and Milton Keynes office
- Salary up to £100,000 + £6,000 car allowance

Requirements:
- Strong experience as a HR Business Partner with experience of strategic workforce planning, talent management, organisational design and transformation
- Experience partnering and advising senior leadership teams on a strategic level
- Strong stakeholder management - influencing and negotiating
- Banking industry background
- Global experience
