About the Role

Our client, a member of the UK's FTSE 100 group are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team on a 9-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will work closely with their Technology function, ensuring successful HR delivery and comprehensive HR support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the key HR point of contact for line managers and colleagues, on a variety of people related topics and day-to- day HR support and advice.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coach and guide managers through key people processes including informal and formal employee relations issues (e.g. absence management, performance concerns, conduct)
  • Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support
  • Provide proactive HR support and services, ensuring a strong colleague experience
  • Facilitate performance management processes and talent development
  • Collaborate with the HR COE's on a varied of people related items, such as: salary review & talent acquisition initiatives
  • Oversee the effective delivery of cyclical HR activities, such as objective setting, employee engagement surveys, and our annual salary and bonus review
  • Partner with HR Operations to resolve employee queries and oversee changes

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
  • Experience working in a global role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification
  • Knowledge of talent management and succession planning
  • Previous experience in a similar, fast paced industry
